This seminar examined the efficiency and service quality of Kerala's health sector. It focused on identifying solutions for challenges such as rising morbidity and health costs while building upon the successes of past initiatives.

Discussions highlighted the impact of Decentralization (1996), which improved government hospital quality, and the Ardram Mission (2016), which created a leap in service standards.
